Last Monday was Mr. Campus Life where we watched six upper-classmen guys battle it out in a fierce competition for the honor of being crowned this year’s Mr. Campus Life.
The following competitors took part in the action:
Each contestant went through four stages, which ultimately determined the winner of the night. They included a thrift store fashion contest, a formal wear with one deep question, a belch off, and a talent show.
The talents were impressive with Nick playing an original song, “Sitting There Alone.” Jeff brought it with some slam poetry while Connor left a fire on the stage with his remake of the “Evolution of Dance” with Tony Wilder. Richard went deep with his original poem and Ryan stunned the crowd with his juggling abilities. Drew finished it off by performing what he called “A Collaboration of Creative Originality,” where he painted a portrait of Kevin Kulat while he played the harmonica.
Each contestant showed up with their ‘A’ game, but we were only able to crown one of them, which ultimately was Ryan Schirle! He impressed the crowd and judges with his boyish charm, his thoughtful answers, and his ability to twirl sticks with ease.
Thanks to everyone who voted and offered support to the contestants! We’ll see you back at the Warehouse next Monday! Have a good Thanksgiving!
Make sure you check out the pics from the night!
